Envy
is a disturbed state,
and so, in short,
is NV.
[Note: Perhaps NY is a bored state, since "NY" sounds a bit like "ennui." Then there's "antsy (NC), many others, but none as elegant as NV, right? Amen (which is my home state, MN).]
